• Participants are in good health when undertaking the trip;
• Participants must comply with applicable legal regulations;
• Trip participants are responsible for all belongings. MH TOUR is not responsible forany lost belongings of trip participants;

• MH TOUR is not responsible and is released from any claims for changes/cancellations of flight schedules, damage/loss of baggage by the airline, hotel or other transportation, changes/reductions to travel caused by force majeure;

• Trip participants must obey the tour leader and are not permitted to make their own agreements without the approval of MH TOUR
• Trip participants are not allowed to make changes to the schedule. If a trip participant cancels, the money paid cannot be refunded;

• Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be left by the tour guide and will be deemed to have withdrawn voluntarily and will not receive a refund;
• Cancellation due to force majeure is a condition that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided (natural disasters, bad weather, disease outbreaks, and other compelling conditions) so that activities cannot run as they should. Cancellation due to force majeure, MH TOUR can change/cancel the trip. MH TOUR is exempt from the provision of refunds to trip participants for facilities that have been used.
